Free Giveaway Rules & Policy

1. Eligibility: The drawing is open to all jewelryroom.com auction registers with eligible bidding and verification. Must be 18 or older to participate. Under the age of 18 are not eligible. Employees of jewelryroom.com and members of their immediate families and households are not eligible. Limit one user name per person. No purchase is necessary.


2. How to Enter: To participate in our Jewelry Giveaway and increase your entry to the prize drawing. You must first register with jewelryroom.com and eligible for bidding before end of June 15, 2009 PST. All eligible registrants must bid on our Auction Jewelry Giveaway Item to be entered into our drawing for the corresponding the Prize Giveaway they bid. Maximum bidding will increase your odds of winning - Please bid only at the minimum dollar amount. All bidders of this item (Free Jewelry Giveaway) will not be responsible paying for this auction only. There will be no any kind of charges for this particular auction item. Each eligible registrant may bid again after 4 hours separated from their last bid.


3. Prize Drawings: Winners of the Jewelry Giveaway for Our Promotion will be selected at random from bid history. The drawing will end on June 15, 2009 at 23:59:59 pm PST. Winner will be announced and posted on to our website (jewelryroom.com) Odds of winning are determined by the number of eligible registrants and each bid will give an extra ticket on the drawing to increase bidder chance of being drawn. The more bids registrants have, his/her chances of winning will increase. Note: Each eligible registrant may bid again after 4 hours separated from their last bid. (Maximum 6 bids per day)


4. Prizes and Approximate Retail Values: One (1) $1,020.00 USD value of quarter carat Genuine White Diamond 14kt Solid Gold Ring will be awarded for Our Promotion Free Jewelry Giveaway. The prize is not transferable for cash. Winner will be responsible for shipping & handling fees and resizing fees (If applicable)

The user name will also be posted on to our website (jewelryroom.com) Failure to respond within 48 hours will result in a loss of your prize and another winner will be selected. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and alternate selection. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portion of prize) of equal or greater value in the event the prize is unavailable. All federal, state and local taxes if applicable are the sole responsibility of winner. By participating in the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the official rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the promotional materials or the offering or announcement of the prizes. Sponsor reserves sole, final and binding judgment as to all matters concerning the contest. Must be 18 or older to participate.

Publicity: All entrants agree to permit Sponsor to publicize their entry (user name) on its Web site and in other media, and use their entries for Sponsor marketing/advertising materials in all media and in perpetuity and for any and all purposes. Furthermore, upon submission, entrant waives any and all right to his/her right to privacy or publicity in connection with the entry. By entering, entrants agree to the use of the winner's name and likeness for purposes of advertising and promotion without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability or injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in this contest or acceptance or use of any prize. Winners agree that their name, likeness and testimonial may be used by Sponsor for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation.


7. Winners' List: For the name of winner, available after June 15, 2009, Winner will be announced and posted on to our website (jewelryroom.com) Winner is responsible to check our posted result and contact us within 48 hours after drawing has ended. Understand email may fail at time we contact winner. Winner will be responsible for shipping & handling fees and resizing fees. (If applicable)
